摘要
超声波探伤试验是研究金属材料性能的基本试验之一,其结果的准确性对研究材料特性及评价制品的合格与否都有直接参考价值。通过对超声波探伤的过程及结果的分析,对每个不确定度分量进行分析评定,最终获得了合成不确定度评定结果。该方法对金属材料缺陷的声程和当量尺寸的不确定度评定有一定的参考价值。
Ultrasonic flaw detection is one of the basic tests to study the properties of metal materials,the accuracy of the results has direct reference value for the study of material properties and the evaluation of the quality of products.Through the analysis of the process and result of the ultrasonic flaw detection,each uncertainty component was analyzed and evaluated,and finally the evaluation results of synthetic uncertainty were obtained. The method has certain reference value for evaluating the uncertainty of sound path and equivalent dimension of defects in metal material.
