高压氧对口腔种植体周围软组织愈合作用的动物学研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:通过模拟观察高压氧条件下种植体周围软组织愈合情况。方法:将12只比格犬的硬腭中份后份制备5mm的圆形组织缺损,随机分为AB两组各6只,A组给予高压氧治疗,B组不予处理。在第3天7天及14天术区取材对其进行愈合情况观察,组织学观察及CD31的免疫组化染色观察。结果:大体形态观察显示:A组创伤区逐渐愈合,14天上皮黏膜覆盖完全无组织凹陷及瘢痕的形成。B组术区愈合状态欠佳,14天时术区仍可见组织凹陷。苏木精-伊红染色(H-E染色)下观察到A组较B组在术后3天及7天时炎症细胞浸润更少。Masson染色后可见A组较B组在术后3天及7天时有更多的胶原纤维,更有序的排列。CD31免疫组织化学染色观察显示:A组较B组有更多的毛细血管生成,差异具有统计学意义。结论:高压氧治疗使得软组织愈合更快,愈合质量更佳,更减轻了术区的炎症反应。 Objective: To investigate the healing condition of soft tissue under the hyperbaric oxygen condition. Methods: Divide the twelve experimental dogs' hard plates from the middle, posterior preparation of a 5 mm circular soft tissue defect. Randomly selected six dogs to be conduct the hyperbaric oxygen therapy(Group A)and the other six dogs does nothing(Group B), selecting sample and conducting generally morphologic observation of the wound, histological observation and CD31 immunohistochemical staining observation after operation of 3, 7 and 14 days. Results: Gross morphological observation shows that the wound of the group A is gradually healing. At 14 days, the mucosal epithelium has covered completely, no organizational cave or scarring. The group B has a poor healing and the wound healing tissue is still in a hollow state. Observing under the H-E staining, the group A have fewer inflammatory cells are infiltrated compared with group B after the operation of 3,7 days. The Masson staining shows that group A has more collagenous fibers and is more organized than group B at 3, 7 days. The observation of CD31 immunohistochemical staining shows that the formation of capillaries in group A is more than the group B, and the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion: The hyperbaric oxygen therapy participated in the oral cavity of wound healing, sped up the healing of soft tissue, shorten the healing time, improve the quality of wound healing, reduce the inflammation of traumatic area.
