摘要
褐煤半焦成型加工是解决半焦粉积压问题的有效途径之一。结合中国褐煤资源及煤质特性分析,简介褐煤提质技术及成型技术,并分别对褐煤半焦粉无黏结剂成型和有黏结剂成型进行成型技术试验研究,从民用洁净燃料、工业燃料和气化原料、运输距离等方面阐述褐煤半焦型煤利用前景。试验研究结果表明:无黏结剂成型效果不理想,型煤落下强度和热稳定性结果均较低;通过黏结剂的筛选及优化确定了适宜的黏结剂配方技术,黏结剂的总添加量为6%,型煤指标和煤质特性能够满足运输及工业应用要求;褐煤半焦型煤能够用作民用洁净燃料、工业锅炉燃料和固定床气化炉原料。
The lignite semicoke molding processing is the effective path to solve the problem of Semi-coke powder backlog.Combining with the Chinese lignite resources and coal quality characteristics analysis,lignite quality improving technology and the molding technology introduction,lignite semicoke molding technology experimental research for no binder molding and binder molding of lignite semicoke powder was done respectively,and from aspects such as civil clean fuel,industrial fuels and gasification raw materials and transportation distance and so on,the utilization prospect of lignite semicoke briquette was demonstrated.The experimental research results showed that:the molding effect was not ideal without binder,the shutter strength and thermal stability of briquette were relatively low;through the binder selection and optimization,the suitable binder formulation technology could be determined,the total addition amount of binders was the 6% percent of the total addition amount,the briquette indicators and coal quality characteristics could meet the requirements of transportation and industrial application;the lignite semicoke briquette could be used as the civil clean coal,industrial boiler fuel and fixed bed gasifier fuel.
