飞灰炉渣测量不确定度评定

摘要 为保证飞灰和炉渣可燃物测定结果的准确可靠,根据JJF 1059.1-2012《测定不确定度的评定与表示》和DL/T 567.6-2016《飞灰和炉渣可燃物测定方法》的要求测定灰、渣中可燃物含量。采取测试与误差理论以及统计技术相结合的方法,对灰、渣的测量不确定度来源进行分析,重点探讨质量称量、重复性测量、数据修约引入的输入量不确定度,建立数学模型并对每个不确定分量进行评定及合成,计算得出合成不确定度和扩展不确定度。 In order to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the fly ash and cinder combustible matter determination results,according to requirements of JJF 1059.1-2012 "Evaluation and expression of uncertainty in measurement",and the DL/T 567.6-2016 "Test Methods for Combustible Matter in Fly Ash and Cinder from Coal",the combustible matter in fly ash and cinder were determined,using the method of combination of testing,error theory and statistical techniques,the causes of uncertainty of ash and cinder measurement were analyzed,the input uncertainty caused by weight weighing,repeatability measurement and data revision was discussed,the math mode was established,and the evaluation and synthesis of each uncertainty component were done,therefore,the synthetic uncertainty and extended uncertainty were calculated.
