摘要
结合GB/T 1574—2007和MT/T 1086—2008对煤灰成分测定的相关规定,比较煤灰成分测定方法中的常量法和半微量法,并分别介绍了原子吸收法、X射线荧光法的仪器条件设置、方法优缺点及其应注意的问题,建议在煤灰成分测定方法选择上应采用传统的化学分析方法、X射线荧光光谱法,或采用传统方法与仪器分析兼用。煤灰成分分析方法在使用过程中各有优缺点,实验室应结合自身仪器配置和人员配备情况选择合适的煤灰成分分析方法。
Combining with the relative regulations for coal ash composition determination in GB/T1574—2007 and MT/T1086-2008,the constant method and semi micro method in coal ash composition determination were compared,and the condition setting of the instrument,the advantages and disadvantages of the method and the problems that should be paid attention to on atomic absorption method and X-ray fluorescence method were introduced respectively,it was suggested that for selection of ash composition determination method,the traditional chemical analysis method or X-ray fluorescence method should be selected,or both the traditional method and instrumental analysis method should be used at the same time.These methods have their own advantages and disadvantages,the laboratory should combine with its own configuration and staffing to choose the appropriate analysis method.
