摘要
选取铁法煤矿煤的大量原始化验数据建立数学模型,分组和求解按数学模型的原则进行且过程由计算机编程实现。用程序基于大数据统计计算后,推算出铁法煤矿煤的工业分析数据和空干基弹筒发热量之间的经验公式。将基于大数据统计的工分、发热量的经验公式与Excel分析工具中的回归分析方法进行对比,铁法烟煤实际测量值与经验公式计算值之差的绝对值小于0.3 MJ/kg的数据占统计量的98.14%,说明基于大数据统计的经验公式效果较好,可起到良好的验证实测结果的作用。
The large amount of original testing data of coal from Tiefa coal mine was selected to establish the mathematical model,grouping and solving were done according to mathematical model,and the process was realized through computer programming.After the calculations based on big data statistics by process,the empirical formula between proximate analysis data and air dry base barrel calorific value for Tiefa mine coal was calculated.The empirical formula of proximate analysis and calorific value based on big data statistics was compared with the regression analysis method in excel,the absolute values of difference of Tiefa bituminous coal practical measurement value and empirical formula calculation value which were smaller than0.3 MJ/kg accounted for 98.14%,it meant that the empirical formula based on big data statistics has good effect,it can play the role of verifying the measured results well.
