浅谈煤质快速检测系统在煤质检验中的应用

介绍了5E-TGS 6210煤质快速检测系统具有检测速度快、工作效率高、自动化程度高、使用成本低、使用安全等特点,通过快速检测法与国标法对水分、灰分、挥发分、全硫的比对实验验证煤质快速检测系统的准确性。实验表明,采用煤质快速检测系统检测水分、灰分、挥发分、全硫的结果重复性满足国标要求,且与国标方法检测结果相比,其差值均在再现性以内,满足准确性要求,说明煤质快速检测系统可在煤质检验中正常使用。

This paper introduced the 5 E-TGS6210 coal quality rapid testing system,it has characteristics such as high testing speed,high working efficiency,high automatic degree,low using cost and good safety of utilization,through the comparison experiments of moisture content,ash,volatile matter and total sulfur between rapid testing methods and national standard method,the accuracy of coal quality rapid testing system was verified.The experiments showed that,using the coal quality rapid testing system,the repeatability of moisture,ash,volatile matter and total sulfur could reach the requirements of national standard,and compared with the testing method from national standard,the differences were all in the reproducibility,the requirements of accuracy could be reached,therefore,the rapid coal quality testing system could be used in the conventional coal quality tests.
