煤质自动比重仪在燃料管理系统中的应用

Application of coal quality automatic gravimeter in fuel management system

结合煤质自动比重仪的测定原理及其应用背景,探讨了煤质比重值与发热量的对应关系,介绍了自动比重实验系统的操作流程、存查煤样的送检及复检、煤质自动比重仪的优点,指出通过自动比重实验数值和经验值的对比可快速判断入厂煤质,对电厂燃料管理系统具有指导作用。

Combining with the principles and application background of coal quality automatic gravimeter,the correspondence of coal quality specific gravity and calorific value was discussed,the operating process of automatic specific gravity experiment system was introduced,as well as the inspection and re-inspection of the coal sample in file for reference and the merits of coal quality automatic gravimeter,it was indicated that through the comparison of automatic specific gravity experiment values and the empirical value,the incoming coal quality could be judged rapidly,it had guide effect for fuel management system of power plant.
