摘要
[目的]分析延边地区朝鲜族和汉族小学生不同脂肪细胞因子与代谢指标的相关性.[方法]分别于2012年7月和2013年7月,在延边地区朝鲜族和汉族小学校抽取5 747例小学生作为研究对象,测量清晨空腹状态下的体格指标和血清生物化学指标进行分析.[结果]朝鲜族小学生体质指数(BMI)、腰围(WC)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、三酰甘油(TG)、空腹血糖(FBG)、HOMA-IR、瘦素(LEP)和脂肪细胞脂肪酸结合蛋白(A-FABP)平均水平均明显高于汉族小学生(P<0.001),汉族小学生高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和脂联素(ADP)平均水平均显著高于朝鲜族小学生(P<0.001).延边地区小学生ADP水平与HDL-C呈正相关,而与BMI,WC,SBP,TG,FBG和HOMA-IR水平呈负相关(P<0.01);延边地区小学生LEP和A-FABP水平与HDL-C呈负相关,而与BMI,WC,SBP,DBP,TG,FBG和HOMA-IR水平呈正相关(P<0.01),且汉族和朝鲜族小学生脂肪细胞因子与代谢指标的相关性程度有所不同.[结论]延边地区小学生脂肪细胞因子和代谢指标的平均水平存在民族差异,且不同脂肪细胞因子与不同代谢指标的相关性程度有所不同.
OBJECTIVE To analyze the correlation of adipocytokines and metabolic index in the Korean and Han nationality elementary school students of Yanbian area. METHODS A total of 5 747 elementary school students from the Korean and Han nationality primary schools were selected during July 2012 to July 2013. The physical and biochemical indexes were measured in the early morning after 12 hour fasting. RESULTS The average levels of body mass index ( BMI), waistline ( WC), systolic blood pressure ( SBP), diastolic blood pressure ( DBP), triglyceride ( TG), fasting blood-glucose ( FBG), homeostasis model assessment(HOMA)-IR, leptin (LEP) and adipocyte fatty acid binding protein (A-FABP) in the Korean nationality elementary school students were obviously higher than those in the Han elementary school students(P〈 0. 001), while the average levels of high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and adiponectin(ADP) in the Han elementary school students was higher than those in the Korean nationality elementary school students (P〈0. 001). The level of ADP was positively correlated to the level of HDL-C, and it was negatively correlated to the levels of BMI, WC, SBP, TG, FBG and HOMA-IR ( P〈0.01 ) ; the levels of LEP and A-FABP were negatively correlated to the level of HDL-C, and they were positively correlated to the levels of BMI, WC, SBP, DBP, TG, FBG and HOMA-IR (P〈0.01) in elementary school students of Yanbian area, and there were different correlations of adipocytokines with the metabolic indexes between the Korean and Han nationality elementary school students. CONCLUSION The adipocytokines and the average level of metabolic indexes were ethnic differences, and the correlation between different adipocytokines and different metabolic indexes was different in the elementary school students of Yanbian area.
