摘要
针对某2 230冷轧镀锌宽规格汽车板出现的沉没辊印缺陷问题,采用SIAS带钢表检系统和ZEISS扫描电镜对沉没辊印的形状进行了有针对性的宏观描述,对扫描电镜下出现的微观特征进行分析,最终确定沉没辊印缺陷的形成过程。通过沉没辊改善沟槽表面质量、沉没辊表面沟槽改造、冷却塔带钢跑偏等多方面调整措施,有效地解决了锌锅沉没辊印问题,取得了显著的应用效果。
Aiming at the defects of roll marks in 2 230 cold-rolled galvanized wide gauge automobile sheet,the SIAS strip inspection system and ZEISS scanning electron microscope were used to macroscopically describe the shape of roll marks.The microscopic characteristics of the scanning electron microscope result was analyzed.Finally,the forming process of roll marks was determined.By improving the groove surface quality,reconstructing the groove surface of sink roll,avoiding the cooling tower strip deviation,the problem of the defects of roll marks was solved,which had achieved remarkable application effect.
