摘要 针对水电工程建设区的崩塌、滑坡和泥石流等地质灾害,基于无线通信技术、传感器监测技术及网络信息化技术开发设计了一套实时监测预警与应急管理系统,支持远程测控、数据处理分析、图表展示、预测分析、预警发布及移动应用等主要功能。工程实践表明,该系统平台能够快速高效地对地质灾害监测数据进行处理分析,并根据结果发布预警信息,为工程单位及时采取应急响应措施提供了可靠的技术支持。 Focus on rockfall, landslide and debris flow in the construction area of HPP, it designed and developed a geological hazard monitoring, early-warning and emergency management system based on the technologies of wireless communication, sensing, hazard forecast and analysis. The system supports many functions including remote measuring and controlling, data process and analysis, chart display, forecasting analysis, pre-warning and APP, etc. Engineering application shows that the system could process rapidly and efficiently monitoring data and push earlywarning informationso thatproject owner takes steps of emergency response in time.
