综合护理干预对乳腺癌患者术后化疗期生活质量的影响

Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on quality of life of patients with breast cancer during postoperative chemotherapy

目的:探讨综合护理干预对乳腺癌患者术后化疗期生活质量的影响,为临床护理提供参考依据。方法:选取2015年6月至2016年5月在本院接受治疗的60例手术后接受化疗的乳腺癌患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。术后化疗期间,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施综合护理干预,对比两组患者化疗期生活质量(Quality of life,QOL)、不良反应发生率及护理满意度。结果:观察组患者的生活质量和护理满意度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症的发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:乳腺癌患者术后化疗期实施综合护理干预,效果显著优于常规护理,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the quality of life of patients with breast cancer during postoperative chemotherapy,and to provide reference for clinical nursing.Methods：Sixty patients with breast cancer who underwent chemotherapy from June 2015 to May 2016 were randomly divided into control group and observation group（n=30）.During the postoperative chemotherapy period,the control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing intervention.The quality of life（QOL）,the incidence of adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results：The quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The comprehensive nursing intervention is better in the postoperative chemotherapy period of breast cancer patients,and the effect is better than that of routine nursing.It is worthy of clinical application.
