人性化管理在老年体检中的应用效果

Clinical application of human-based nursing management in the physical examination

目的:探讨针对老年患者体检应用人性化管理的效果。方法:选取2014年6月~2015年6月在我体检中心进行体检的老年患者688例设为对照组,2015年7月~2016年7月在我体检中心进行体检的老年患者712例设为观察组。给予对照组患者实施常规护理,而给予观察组患者实施人性化护理模式,分别对比两组患者对临床护理工作的满意度和焦虑自评量分数。结果:观察组患者对临床护理工作的满意度评价普遍高于对照组,且观察组护理舒适度感受也同样优于对照组,组间各差异对比显著(P<0.05)。结论:对于老年体检患者实施人性化管理不仅可以提高体检的工作效率及健康体检服务质量,同时也可大幅度提升医院整体质量。

Objective：To explore the effect of human-based nursing management in elderly patients.Methods：Six hundred and eighty-eight elderly patients of received the physical examination from June 2014 to June 2015 in our MEC were selected as control group.Seven hundred and twelve elderly patients of received the physical examination from July 2015 to July 2016 in our MEC were selected as observation group.The control group adopted the conventional nursing care;the observation group adopted the humanbased nursing management.The clinical satisfaction and SAS（self-rating anxiety scale）points for two groups were compared.Results：The clinical satisfaction for observation group was generally higher than control group;the clinical comfort for observation group was better than control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：During the physical examination,the human-based nursing management can improve the clinical effective rate and the examination service quality as well as the hospital′s overall service quality.
