澳大利亚稳定乡村教师队伍的经验及启示

摘要 一、澳大利亚乡村教师支持政策产生的历史背景澳大利亚属英联邦国家。其国家起源就是几百年前英国殖民者推行殖民扩张政策的结果。最早来到澳洲大陆的英国移民多是作为英国政府对违法犯罪分子的惩罚,将其流放在南太平洋这一待开发的孤岛上,这些欧洲移民组建起来的政党对有色种族尤其是澳大利亚的原住民居民进行压迫和屠杀,原住民被迫迁徙到了自然资源恶劣的偏远地区,其文化受到排斥,致使他们的教育较为落后。自20世纪70年代起,
