摘要
为了帮助细胞分子生物学初学者在显微镜下尽快识别植物花粉母细胞减数分裂细胞及染色体变化特征,以玉米花粉母细胞为材料,制作了玉米花粉母细胞减数分裂的细线期、偶线期、粗线期、双线期和终变(浓缩)期、前Ⅰ、中Ⅰ、后Ⅰ、末Ⅰ、前Ⅱ、中Ⅱ、后Ⅱ、末Ⅱ玻片并在显微镜下拍照,依据照片描述各时期细胞及染色体变化特征,以期为细胞分子生物学初学者系统学习植物花粉母细胞减数分裂玻片制片,识别各时期(尤其是终变期和Ⅰ中花粉母细胞)细胞及染色体动态变化提供参考。
In order to help the beginners in cell molecular biology to efficiently identify the characteristics of how cells and chromosomes change in meiosis behaviors of plant pollen mother cells,used maize pollen mother cells to make slide pieces of line period,even line period,thick line period,double line period and final change(concentration)period,Before I,Medium I,After I,the end I,before Ⅱ,Medium Ⅱ,After Ⅱ,the end Ⅱ of maize pollen mother cell and took pictures correspondingly under a microscope.According to the photo describe changes of the cells and chromosomal in each period.These pictures are supposed to be good references for the beginner to systematically study producing slide pieces of plant pollen mother cell meiosis and to discern the dynamics of meiosis in different stages. :pollen mother cells;meiosis;chromosome sectioning;feature
