摘要
传感器与检测技术课程实验中涡流传感器位移实验的实验数据多,不同材料的几组实验数据差别较大,采用人工方法分析处理实验结果数据计算比较繁琐费时,计算非线性度等的计算量大且计算精度也不高。针对这些问题以采用MATLAB软件为工具进行数据处理,可以方便实现数据输入、线性区间的选取、描点拟合、数据计算处理和绘制曲线等功能,与传统采用坐标纸绘图的方法相比明显提高了实验报告质量,取得了较好的实验教学效果。
This paper aims at such problems as the complexity on the data processing in the displacement performance experiment of eddy current sensor,the difficulty of plotting on coordinate paper and its limited precision,some improvement measures of the experiment teaching is proposed in respect of data processing using MATLAB,the MATLAB software can very expediently carry on the functions of data input,data exclude,data fitting,plotting and analysis,and also can obviously raise the experience quality.The validity and feasibility of the proposed scheme had been proved by the teaching practice.
