高校开放式教学实验室综合评价体系与方法研究

Comprehensive evaluation system and method for open teaching laboratory of colleges and universities

结合山东工商学院安全工程实验教学实验室和安全工程学科建设的实施,对高校开放式教学实验室综合评价体系进行了研究。通过从实验室专业人才队伍的建设(人)、实验室管理(管)、实验室环境(环)、实验室器材(物)四个方面构建开放性实验室体系。评价开放式实验室体系的影响因素众多,以安全工程实验室为例,选取了其中比较重要的4大类15小类影响因素,首先用偏主观的层次分析法系统地构建了由4个二级指标和15个三级指标组成的评价指标体系,再应用偏客观的粗糙集理论完善并验证指标体系的合理性和科学性,最后采用模糊数学综合评价法对上述指标体系进行综合评价,计算求得评价结果,结果表明该实验室管理体系的综合评价等级为"较好"。

Combined with the implementation of Shandong Institute of Business and Technology safety engineering experimental teaching laboratory and safety engineering discipline construction,by constructing open laboratory system from four aspects of the construction of professional laboratory personnel（person）,laboratory management（tube）,laboratory environment（ring）,laboratory equipment（matter）.There are many factors that affect the evaluation of the open laboratory system.Take the security engineering laboratory as an example,this paper selects the one important 4 and 15 factors,the first partial subjective level analysis method system to construct the index system composed of four second grade indexes and 15 tertiary index evaluation of open laboratory system,using partial objective of rough set theory to improve and verify the rationality and scientific of the index system.Finally application of fuzzy mathematical comprehensive evaluation method makes a comprehensive evaluation of the index system,evaluation results are calculated.The results show the laboratory management system of comprehensive evaluation grade is＂good＂.
