实验室小规模装修改造已成为学院实验室管理工作的常态。装修改造涉及的主要内容包括建筑结构、暖通、通风、环保、给排水、强电、弱电、消防、装饰等诸多方面,涉及多专业、多部门的管理。针对小型装修改造工程容易遗留种种安全隐患问题,结合学校的实际情况,提出了从管理机构组成、工程审批、施工管理、竣工验收等若干管理措施,制定了可行的管理流程,为后续实验室的安全运行打下基础。

Laboratory small-scale renovation has become the normal work in college laboratory management.The main contents include the renovation of building structure,HVAC,ventilation,environmental protection,water supply and drainage,electricity,fire protection,decoration and other aspects,involving many professional and multi department management.For the reason that small-scale renovation engineering is prone to leave variety of security problems,combined with the actual situation of university,this paper presents several management measures based on the aspects of management mechanism,project examination and approval,construction management and completion acceptance,formulates the feasible management process,lays the foundation for subsequent laboratory safety running.
