提高高校多媒体教室管理水平的实践与探索

为了提升高等农业院校多媒体教室的管理水平,在分析了农业高校多媒体教学对高校的教学、科研和社会服务方面的重要作用基础上,着重探索了山东农业大学多媒体教室管理的改革与实践的做法和经验:规范多媒体教室操作流程和完善多媒体教室管理制度,加强多媒体教室管理人员的队伍建设,提升管理人员的业务素质和技能,解决设备中存在的问题,为学校创建国内一流大学开展工作并取得了显著成效。

In order to improve the management level of higher agricultural colleges multimedia classroom,on the analysis of the agricultural big data for colleges and universities teaching,scientific research and social services,on the basis of the importance of focusing on exploring the reform and practice of multimedia classrooms in our school management：standard multimedia operation process and improve the multimedia management system.To strengthen the construction of multimedia classroom management team,to improve the quality of management skills,encourage managers to carry out the quality and ability of the business on the post,to solve the problems existing in the equipment,for the school to work to create the domestic first-class university and obtained remarkable achievement.
