Recent years,with the expansion of teaching and research in college and university,the imbalance between the demand for public housing resources and the actual ownership is more and more obvious.Therefore,the paper focus on,how to effectively manage the public housing scientifically,and how to flexibly adapt to the actual situation and the overall trend of education development.More specifically,through the analysis of the current status and the experience of other universities,it discuss that,in an actual situation,how to strengthen the scientific management of public housing;how to flexibly allocation public housing through on-demand use,to fully tap the maximum utility benefits;and also with a robust differentiated distribution scheme,to improve the staffs’work enthusiasm,and to provide the potent foundation for more achievements.
