间规聚苯乙烯/C_(60)共混物的非等温结晶行为

摘要 采用双螺杆挤出机制出间规聚苯乙烯/C_(60)(sPS/C_(60))共混物,用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)研究了C_(60)对sPS非等温结晶、结晶行为、晶型的影响。实验结果表明,当C_(60)含量为1%时,主要体现α晶体,且随着熔融温度的升高,α晶体逐渐消失。当C_(60)含量为5%时,较含量为1%时,在熔融温度290℃下,α晶体较少,β晶体形成,且随着熔融温度的升高,α晶体逐渐消失,β晶体逐渐减少。当C_(60)含量为20%时,α晶体基本消失,且熔融温度从290℃提高到310℃,结晶热明显增加。在C_(60)和sPS共混物中,随着C_(60)含量的增加,越有利于β晶体的形成。C_(60)对sPS的结晶主要起促进作用且C_(60)能诱导β晶体的形成而抑制α晶体的形成。
