干扰素联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗对小儿RSV毛细支气管炎的免疫调节作用

Immunomodulatory Effects of Aerosol Inhalation of Budesonide Combined with Interferon in the Treatment of Children with RSV Bronchiolitis

目的观察干扰素联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿RSV毛细支气管炎的临床疗效及对免疫功能的调节作用。方法100例RSV毛细支气管炎患儿随机分为观察组和治疗组,各50例。治疗组给予常规治疗,观察组在此基础上加用干扰素联合布地奈德雾化吸入。对比两组患儿临床疗效及治疗前、治疗6d后免疫学指标变化。结果治疗6d后,两组患儿临床症状及体征均有明显改善,观察组总有效率96.00%,治疗组总有效率80.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。患儿外周血清IL-2、IL-6、IL-17及IgE水平改变得到纠正,与治疗前相比,IL-2水平显著升高,IL-6、IL-17及IgE水平显著降低(P<0.01),观察组免疫学指标改善效果更佳。结论干扰素联合布地奈德雾化吸入有助于改善RSV毛细支气管炎患儿临床症状及体征,缩短治疗时间,提高总有效率,对患儿免疫功能紊乱具有明显的调节作用。

Objective To observe the curative effect of aerosol inhalation of Budesonide combined with Interferon in the treatment of children with RSV bronchiolitis and its immunomodulatory impact. Methods 100 children with RSV Bronchiolitis were divided into observation group and treatment group randomly. The treatment group received routine treatment, while the observation group received aerosol inhalation of Budesonide combined with Interferon based on the routing treatment. Curative effect and change of immunology indexes before and after treatment of two groups were compared. Results After 6 days treatment, clinical symptoms and signs of both groups were markedly ameliorated, the total effective rate of observation group is 96.00%, which is significantly higher than 80.00% in treatment group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Disturbances of serum level of IL-2, IL-6, IL-17 and IgE were significantly corrected. Compared with un-treatment, IL-2 greatly increased while IL-6, IL- 17 and IgE greatly decreased （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. The change of immunology indexes in observation group showed more significantly. Conclusion Aerosol inhalation of Budesonide combined with Interferon can help to ameliorate clinical symptoms and signs of children with RSV Bronchiolitis, shortening treatment time and improving total efficiency, showing markedly regulating effect to immune dysfunction.
