Evidence-based decision is the decision that based on the evidence, the evidence＇s nature is the knowledge and evidence- based decision needs the support of knowledge service. Evidence-based decision scientificly explains the relation between knowledge and decision, and approach and method of knowledge acquisition, it is the theoretical foundation and behavior guidance to understand and practice library knowledge service. Libraries should deepen the service according to the requirements of evidence-based decision and promote the library service to evidence-based knowledge service.
