摘要
高校图书馆面临着挑战与变革,其发布的招聘广告能够充分显示其对于发展环境的认识和对于人才的需求。目前国外高校图书馆对于传统岗位需求仍占主导地位,但伴随着新的技能需求;部分高校选择设立新的岗位迎接挑战,主要体现在对于学生的素养及终身学习能力的培养;对教师的科研活动参与度深化;对资源管理中新型工具和研究方法的发现与掌握。我国高校图书馆可加以借鉴,积极增设新型岗位推进图书馆转型,并在图书馆学人才教育中注重融合与创新。
Academic Libraries face challenges and changes. Their awareness of the development environment and demand for librarians could be fully understanded by recruitments they post. For now the demand for traditional posts remains dominant in academic libraries abroad, while with new requirements for skills, new posts are set up in some colleges to adapt to the challenge, which is embodied in the cultivation of students' literacy and lifelong leaming ability,further participation in teacher's scientific research activities, discovering and mastering new tool and research method in resource management. Academic libraries in China should use the experience for reference, play a more important role in new posts, and focus on integration and innovation in library science education.
