摘要
试验分析了不同凝固末端电磁搅拌(F-EMS)参数对Φ270 mm断面铸坯中心等轴晶比率和碳偏析指数等的影响。结果表明,连铸中碳钢时,末端电磁搅拌参数采用300 A/10Hz,可使铸坯中心等轴晶率达到35%以上,铸坯中心碳偏析指数小于1.05。
The effect of different parameters of final electromagnetic stirring ( F - EMS) on equiaxial crystal ratio and carbon segregation index in the center of Ф270 mm section slab is tested and analyzed. The result shows that during the continuous casting of medium carbon steel, the final electromagnetic stirring parameter is 300 A/10 Hz, so that the center equiaxial crystal ratio of the billet is more than 35%, and the central carbon segregation index of the billet is less than 1.05.
