摘要
利用MMS-200热模拟试验机,对U76CrRE钢轨进行热处理模拟。通过对热模拟试样进行组织观察和硬度检测分析,得出珠光体转变温度对其组织和硬度的影响规律。结果表明,转变温度越低,U76CrRE钢轨珠光体组织片层间距越细,硬度逐渐增加。在560℃时,显微组织中存在少量马氏体组织。
Heat treatment of U76CrRE rail is simulated by using MMS- 200 thermal simulated test machine. The in- fluence of pearlite transformation temperature on its microstructure and hardness is obtained by microstructure observation and hardness testing analysis. And the results show that the lower transformation temperature, the shorter interlamellar spacing in pearlitic microstructure of U76CrRE rail is and the hardness is increasing. At 560 ℃, there is a small amount of martensitic structure in microstructure.
