摘要
介绍了重载铁路货车6483减震旁承的铸件结构及技术要求,详细阐述了生产工艺:采用发气量小的覆膜砂,每个铸型做6个铸件,采用无冒口铸造工艺,半封闭式浇注系统,浇道比为∑F_内:∑F_横:∑F_直=1:1.6:1.2;采用优质原材料,严格控制w(Mg_残)和w(Si_终)量;热处理工艺为:铸件升温至900℃,保温70 min后,转至250~280℃盐池中淬火,保持70 min。生产结果显示:铸件基体组织为下贝氏体及10%以下的残余奥氏体,抗拉强度≥1 200 MPa,伸长率为2%~4%,布氏硬度达到352~434 HB,符合技术要求。
Bearer casting constructure and technical requirements of 6483 sock absorber used for heavy duty railway wagon were introduced. Its production process was described in detail as following:Using low gas evolution resin-coated sand;6 castings produced per mold ; Using riser-less casting method, semi-pressurized gating system,gating ratio was of ∑Frunner:∑Fsprue=1: 1.6:1.2; Using high-quality raw materials, strictly controlling contents of Mgresidual, Si end;Its heat treatment process was: Casting temperature rising to 900 ℃, holding for 70 rain, isothermally quenching in salt hath with temperature of 250-280 ℃,holdig for 70 min. The production result showed:Matrix structure of the casting was of lower bainite + residual austenite less than 10%,tensile strength was of 1 200 MPa,elongation was of 2%-4% ,Brinell hardness reached 352~434 HB, meeting technical requirements.
