摘要
介绍了喂线法生产高端蠕墨铸铁件的优点,通过蠕墨铸铁的生产工艺流程图对蠕化率的影响因素进行分析,并对感应电炉铁液配料的比例、电炉熔炼的温度和时间、原铁液化学成分、孕育处理及合金化处理等工艺进行了调整和控制。由于蠕化处理是生产蠕墨铸铁的关键环节,因此,采用喂线法工艺生产,使蠕化剂均匀、连续不断地加入到处理包的底部,使蠕化过程连续平稳,从而能够批量生产不同牌号的蠕墨铸铁,同时,辅以先进的热分析仪检测技术及超声波声速法检测技术,实现蠕墨铸铁件的批量稳定生产。
The advantages of produce high-end vermicular graphite cast iron by feeding wire method was introduced. The influencing factors of vermiculite rate were analyzed by the production flow chart of vermieular graphite cast iron. The proportion of iron fluid in the induction furnace, melt temperature, melt time, the original iron liquid chemical composition, inoculation and alloying treatment processes were adjusted and controlled. As the vermiculite was the key part of the compacted vermicular cast iron production,it was produced by the feeding wire process so that the vermiculite was uniformly and continuously added to the bottom of the treatment package to make the continuous and steady process of the vermiculization. So that the production could be performed in different batches. At the same time,supplemented by advanced thermal analyzer detection technology and ultrasonic sound velocity detection technology,the stable production of vermicular graphite castings was achieved.
