摘要
介绍了3D打印快速成型技术的工作原理及特点,根据3种金属铸件打印成型技术的优缺点及使用成本的对比,选用3DP三维打印技术制作1.5 L4缸发动机缸体铸件的砂型。验证结果显示:铸件实测力学性能满足要求;铸件壁厚尺寸合格率为88.8%,轮廓尺寸合格率为86%;型砂质量中发气量和抗拉强度均满足要求;局部清理不充分的地方会尺寸超差,总体精度为±0.5 mm;型砂混制成本约1 695元/t;试制周期缩短到15~20天。
The working principle and characteristics of 3D printing rapid prototyping technology were introduced. According to the advantages,disadvantages and the cost of three kinds of metal printing casting,the sand mold production of 1.5 L 4-cylinder engine block casting was selected by using 3DP 3D printing technology. The results showed that the mechanical properties of castings met the requirements. The pass rate of casting wall thickness and profile size were 88.8% and 86%. The gas yield and tensile strength of molding sand satisfied the requirements. The size would exceed the error on inadequate cleaning location. The overall accuracy was +0.5 mm. The sand mixing costs was about 1 695 yuan/t. Trial period was shortened to 15 to 20 days.
