白芍总苷胶囊联合甲氨蝶呤和来氟米特治疗类风湿关节炎的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Total Paeony Glycoside Capsule Combined with Methotrexate and Leflunomide in the Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis

目的观察白芍总苷联合甲氨蝶呤、来氟米特治疗类风湿关节炎(RA)的床疗与安全性。方法选我院80例RA患者,随机分组,对照组口服甲氨蝶呤、来氟米特,观察组在此基础上使用白芍总苷胶囊,对比两组患者治疗前后临床症状、实验室指标变化(RF、ESR、CRP、IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α)、疗效积分及不良反应。结果观察组治疗总有效率83.33%显著高于对照组68.42%(P<0.05);治疗后两组临床症状、实验室指标均显著优于治疗前,且观察组指数显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应总发生率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论白芍总苷胶囊联合甲氨蝶呤和来氟米特治疗RA患者效果显著,临床可拓展应用。

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of total glucosides of paeony combined with methotrexate and le- flunomide in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis （RA）. Methods 80 RA patients in our hospital were selected and randomly di- vided into two groups： the control group was treated with methotrexate and leflunomide, and tbe observation group was treated with total glucosides of paeony capsules on this basis. The clinical symptoms, the changes in laboratory indexes （ RF, ESR, CRP, IL-1, IL-6 ,TNF-alpha） ,the curative effect score and the adverse reactions of patients in the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 83.33% ,significantly higher than that in the control group 68.42% （P 〈 0. 05 ） ;After treatment, the clinical symptoms and laboratory indexes of the two groups were significantly better than those before the treatment, and the index of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The effect of Total Glueosides of Paeony Capsules combined with methotrexate and leflunomide in the treatment of RA patients is significant, and the clinical application can be extended.
