郑大医院地下室防水设计与施工技术探讨

摘要 介绍了亚洲第一大医院——郑州大学第一附属医院地下室防水系统做法:在结构自防水的基础上,底板和侧墙采用非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料+自粘聚合物改性沥青防水卷材的复合防水系统,种植顶板部位卷材改为耐根穿刺型自粘聚合物改性沥青防水卷材,同时对后浇带、抗拔桩头、穿墙管、顶板变形缝等细部节点做法作了详细阐述。 This article introduces basement waterproofing system practices of the first largest hospital in Asia--First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University: based on structure self-waterproofing, composite waterproofing system with non- curing rubber modified asphalt waterproofing coating and self-adhesive polymer modified asphalt membrane are used for plate and side walls, root resistant self-adhesive polymer modified asphalt membrane is applied for planted roof. The article also details treatments for post pouring belts, uplift pile heads, through-wall pipes and deformation joints.
