Waterproofing Construction Technology for City Underground Tunnel of Haitang Bay in Sanya

海棠湾城市地下综合管廊是三亚市首个试点多仓支线综合管廊,采用混凝土自结构防水,大面防水采用两道反应粘高分子防水卷材,细部节点采用反应粘防水卷材和防水密封膏加强处理。本文详细介绍了底板空铺法施工和侧墙及顶板湿铺法施工的具体施工工艺,并简述了顶板侧墙交角、阴阳角、底板接槎等细部节点的防水做法。

Haitang Bay city underground tunnel is the first trial multi-storey pipe in Sanya, which adopts concrete structure self-waterproofing, two layers of reactive adhesive polymer membrane for large area and reinforcement treatments with reactive adhesive membrane and waterproofing sealant. This article introduces detail construction process of loose laid for floor and wet applied for side walls and roof, as well as detail treatments for roof-wall angles, internal comers, external comers and plate joints.
