近年来,我国建筑防水行业在施工技能教育培训方面取得了一些成就,包括建立防水行业自有培训师队伍、考评员队伍;编写防水工职业技能教材、制定防水工职业技能标准,大范围开展各类防水工培训、鉴定、技能大赛等。本文介绍了我国建筑防水行业职业技能培养的背景,分析了我国建筑防水行业职业技能培养的现状、问题与发展方向。

In recent years, China＇s building waterproofing industry has made some achievements in education and training of construction skills, such as establishing its own team of trainers and evaluation staff; writing teaching materials and developing standards of waterproofing professional skills; carrying out a wide range of training, identification and competition of waterproofing workers. This article introduces occupation skill training background of building waterproofing industry, and analysis its status, problems and direction development.
