略谈当前高校教育质量保障的“三动三不动”

Discuss About Current Universities' Education Quality Guarantee: Three Actives And Three Inactives

本文提出 ,当前高等教育改革存在“外动内不动”、“上动下不动”、“心动行不动”的“三动三不动”现象 ,它是当前影响我国高等教育质量保障的主要问题。本文从实践和理论两个层面对其原因进行了分析 。

The author suggests that, within today's higher education reform, there is a phenomenon called 'three actives and three inactives', which are 'inner active vs. other inactive', 'upper active vs. lower inactive', 'mental active vs. physical inactive'. This phenomenon is the main problem, which impacts China's higher education on quality guarantee. This essay analyzes the phenomenon from two aspects-, practical and theoretical, as well as discusses the method to solve the problem.
