碳补偿机制下企业生产减排决策研究

Strategy of Enterprise Production and Abatement under Carbon Offsetting Scheme

为研究碳排放权交易机制下纳入碳补偿机制对企业生产决策的影响,建立了该机制下双寡头企业面临排放权随机需求时的生产优化决策模型,分别得出无碳补偿机制以及纳入三种不同比例上限的碳补偿机制下企业最优生产减排策略。结果证明纳入碳补偿机制对社会总产出和企业净化处理量能产生影响,其中,按碳补偿占企业总排放量的比例确定的比例上限为最优选择。最后通过算例分析说明了模型应用,并采用灵敏度分析模型参数对企业最优化决策的影响。

In order to analyze the influence of integrating carbon offsetting mechanism into carbon market on enterprise production decisions,the paper establishes optimal production decision model where duopoly enterprises faced with stochastic demand produce under the constraint of carbon emissions cap set by government,optimal strategy of zero-carbon-offset scenario and carbon offsetting scheme with three different proportion ceiling of offsetting quota has been discussed separately.Results show carbon offsetting scheme has influence on social output and enterprise purification. When proportion ceiling is set based on a percentage of total emissions,carbon offsetting mechanism can ease pressure of output losses caused by carbon constraints to greatest degree. A numerical example is designed for analysis,and the influence of model parameters on the enterprise optimization decision is analyzed with sensitivity analysis.
