TOE-UTAUT视角下BIM适用性分析与实证研究

Applicability Analysis and Empirical Study of BIM from the Perspective of TOE-UTAUT

将技术整合理论（UTAUT）及技术-组织-环境框架理论（TOE）引入BIM适用性研究中,系统归类及分析BIM应用的影响因素,研究并构建以环境及技术因素为外部变量、组织因素为中介变量、个体采纳为最终结果的BIM适用性理论模型。结果表明：组织外部的环境因素及技术因素直接影响BIM的适用性。

This paper combines Unified theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology（UTAUT） and Technology-Organization-Environment（TOE） into BIM applicability research with the environment and technology factors as external variables,organizational factors as intermediary variables,and individual adoption as the final result influence theory model.The results show that environmental factors and technical factors directly affect the applicability of BIM.
