基于Netlogo的政府应急组织合作关系演化趋势仿真研究

The Simulation Research of Cooperation Evolution Trend between Government Emergency Organizations Based on Netlogo

基于Netlogo平台建立政府应急组织合作关系模型,对应急管理组织的微观合作关系进行仿真,以期涌现出组织合作网络的宏观演化规律。依据汶川地震实际处置救援数据,构建了任务关系矩阵,并随机生成组织关系矩阵,仿真得出了政府应急组织合作网络的演化趋势。构建美国FRP1999、NRP2003、NRP2004和NRF2008的政府应急组织合作网络模型,分析美国应急组织合作网络的演化规律,进一步验证了仿真结果的准确性。

The paper builts government emergency cooperation model based on Netlogo and simulates its micro cooperation,expectes to discover macro evolution of organization cooperation network by the simulation. According to the data of WenChuan earthquake rescue,it builts the matrix of task relationship,and useds the random generated matrix of organization relation to simulate the evolution trend of cooperation network between government emergency organizations. It builts the government emergency organization cooperation network model of FRP1999,NRP2003,NRP2004 and NRF2008 to analysis the evolution law of emergency organization cooperation network in the USA,and to verify the accuracy of the simulation results.
