摘要
印制电路板(PCB)是一种基础电子元器件。首先论述了PCB的定义、功能、分类基本概念;之后,基于雏形期、成长期、发展期三个阶段对PCB技术进行了回顾和总结,并对代表性的PCB技术进行了阐述;最后,对PCB的未来(第四个发展阶段:创新期)技术发展方向进行了展望。
PCB （Printed Circuit Board） is a kind of basic electronic component. Firstly, the paper discusses the definition, function and classification of PCB. Then, it reviews and summarizes the PCB technology based on the stage of initial, growth, and development, and then it induces some representative PCB technologies. Finally, it prospects the future trend of the PCB technology in its fourth stage （innovation stage）.
