摘要
文章从钻头类型、钻头磨损崩缺程度、钻孔参数等因素控制入手,分析出造成中型钻头钻孔孔壁粗糙超标的关键因素,从而探索一套有效控制中型钻头钻孔孔壁粗糙度的方法。
Several factors that affect the hole wall quality such as the drill bit types, the drill bit wear and tear degree, and the drilling parameters are analyzed. By orthogonal experiment, this paper provides the key fhctors that cause the hole wall roughness of the mid-sized drill bit, so as to find out an effective way to improve drilling hole wall roughness of the mid-sized drill bit.
