基于用户需求的车载诊断仪设计

摘要 【目的/意义】通过面向普通车主的车载诊断仪,能够很好地串联起检测、配件供应、维修等各个业务环节,最终实现车主对驾驶安全、降低维修保养成本的要求。【方法/过程】本文从用户体验的角度出发,通过桌面调查、用户访谈等方式,发现车载诊断产品重数据、弱交互弊端,再通过分析车主需求和故事版下的车主遇到的问题发现机会点。【结果/结论】设计两款符合中低端车车主的车载诊断仪,提高了硬件设备美观性同时给予产品更多情感化的设计理念,以及移动端交互界面的用户体验,给车主和专业维修技师提供故障维修建议,实现低成本易用实用的优良特点。 Through the on-board diagnosis instrument for common owners, can connect well testing, spare parts supply, maintenance, and other business links, finally realizes the owners requirement for driving safety and reduce maintenance cost. In this paper, from the perspective of the user experience, through the desktop surveys, user interviews, found the on-board diagnosis product data, weak interaction, and then through the analysis of the owners of owners demand and boards under the problems found opportunity. Design conforms to the mid-range car owners in the two on-board diagnostic instrument, improve the hardware devices give beautiful sex at the same time the product more affectionate to humanize the design concept, and mobile terminal interface of user experience, to the owners and professional maintenance technicians to provide breakdown maintenance advice, to implement low cost and easy to use and practical characteristics of excellence.
