摘要
基于传统SWOT模型多为定性分析，不能为企业提供明确的战略方向，运用三角模糊数与层次分析法相结合的模糊层次分析法对其进行改进，使分析结果定量化．最后通过实例分析，验证了改进的SWOT模型的优越性和适用性．
Based on the traditional SWOT model for qualitative analysis cannot provide a clear strategic direction for the enterprise. Using triangular fuzzy number combination of AHP and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to improve it, so that quantitative analysis results. Finally, through case analysis, the superiority of the improved SWOT method and applicability.
