板层小体在皮肤渗透屏障形成中的作用 被引量:1

摘要 表皮内板层小体(1amellarbodies,LB)是位于棘层上部和颗粒层细胞内的椭圆形囊泡或泡管状分泌性细胞器,直径100~300nm。LB在角质形成细胞分化时形成,最早出现于表皮棘层上部,到达颗粒层后数量不断增加,在维持皮肤屏障稳态方面具有重要作用。LB还可以存在于皮肤外器官的细胞中,如肺、胃、支气管、口腔等,具有脂质储存和分泌的功能,又被命名为板层颗粒、多LB、被膜颗粒、Odland小体等.
