新工业革命对工程教育提出了新的需求和挑战,中国的工程教育将如何发展?本文从卓越工程师教育培养计划一期的实施情况与当前我国及欧美发达国家的工程教育改革阐述了我国为什么要实施"卓越工程师教育培养计划2.0"。"卓越计划2.0"的主要思路为支撑新时期中国工程教育发展战略,要积极探索并实施"融合创新"范式、构建新的知识体系、专业设置逻辑和管理办法、人才培养模式、多样化教学方法,实施"一带一路"工程教育的深度合作和新的专业评估和认证制度,加强和改进工程教育师资队伍建设。

The new industrial revolution has put forward new demands and challenges to engineering education. How will China＇s engineering education develop？ From the implementation of the first phase of the education and training plan for outstanding engineers and the engineering education reform in China and the developed countries in Europe and America,this paper expounds why we should implement the plan of education and training for outstanding engineers 2. 0. The main idea of this plan is to support the new period development strategy of Chinese engineering education,we should actively explore and implement the‘integration and innovation＇paradigm,construct the new knowledge system,set up professional logic and management methods,personnel training mode,diversified teaching methods,the depth of cooperation to implement the ＂The Belt and Road＂engineering education and new professional assessment and certification system,strengthen and improve the construction of Faculty of Engineering education.
