摘要
"职业延迟满足"是衡量创业型大学生心理素质成熟度的重要视角,本文针对创业大学生一般自我效能感与职业延迟满足的关系展开研究,同时考察入世心理、出世心理和自尊在这一影响过程中的中介作用,借以分析创业教育与心理素质教育相结合的切入点及互动路径。实证结果表明:职业延迟满足与一般自我效能感、出世心理、入世心理和自尊均呈显著正相关;一般自我效能感显著正向预测职业延迟满足;出世心理、入世心理和自尊在一般自我效能感和职业延迟满足的关系中起链式中介作用。
"Vocational Delay of Satisfaction" is an important perspective to measure the psychological maturity of entrepreneurial college students. This paper analyzes the relationship between general self-efficacy and vocational delay of satisfaction,and researches the mediation role of worldly psychology,unworldly psychology and self-esteem in the process,so as to analyze the breakthrough point and interactive path of the connection between enterprise education and psychological quality education. The empirical results indicate that: first,vocational delay of satisfaction has significantly positive correlations with general self-efficacy,worldly psychology,unworldly psychology and self-esteem; second,general self-efficacy has a significantly positive effect on the prediction of vocational delay of satisfaction; third,unworldly psychology,worldly psychology,and selfesteem play a mediation role in the relationship of general self-efficacy and vocational delay of satisfaction.
