摘要
能级管理的目标是提升组织效率,实现组织的动态化运行。文中通过分析当前高等职业教育"双师型"教师管理中存在的概念标准模糊、专业化发展受限、评价主体单一及管理静态化等系列问题,阐述了运用"双师型"教师能级管理的适切性;在遵循能级管理原则的基础上,提出需明确"双师"准入标准、建立专属职称评审制度、引入多元主体评价,并尝试一定比例"双师型"教师动态管理的新模式。
Energy Level Management aims to improve the organizational efficiency and realize the dynamic operation of the organization. This paper,firstly states the appropriateness of the application of Energy Level Management of "dual-teacher"through analyzing such problems of higher vocational education "dual-teacher"management as ambiguity of concept standard,limitations of professional development,simplification of appraise subject,and management staticization. Based on the principle of Energy Level Management,this paper proposes that we should clarify access standard of "dual-teacher",establish exclusive title evaluation system,introduce pluralistic subject assessment,and apply certain proportion of new mode to dynamic management of "dual-teacher".
