摘要
以刮板输送机链轮和链条啮合传动为研究对象,分析了刮板输送机无载和有载工况下链条的动力学特性,并运用数值仿真的方法对刮板输送机特殊点处的链条速度和张力进行了仿真分析。结果表明:链条多边型效应的最主要的影响参数是链轮齿数,并且刮板输送机运行平稳性与链轮齿数成正比,13齿链轮稳定性远强于9齿链轮刮板输送机;多边形效应在有载侧对链条张力波动的影响比无载侧明显;多边形效应反应灵敏度与刮板输送机链条长度成反比,此研究结果为刮板输送机链轮和链条的选取提供了一定的理论依据,并为其动态特性研究提供了研究方法和理论基础。
Scraper conveyor chain and chain gear transmission as the research object,analysis of the scraper conveyor load and no-load conditions chain dynamics,and numerical simulation of the scraper conveyor special point chain speed and tension are simulated. The results showed that: the most important parameter of the chain is the number of sprocket teeth,and the running stability of the scraper conveyor is proportional to the number of sprocket teeth,13 tooth sprocket stability is far stronger than 9 tooth sprocket scraper conveyor; polygon effect there side impact load on the chain tension fluctuation significantly higher than the no-load side; the reaction sensitivity of polygon effect is inversely proportional to the length of the chain length of the scraper conveyor and sprocket selection provides a theoretical basis,and to Study on dynamic characteristics of research methods and provides a theoretical basis.
