摘要
在二维有限元分析的基础上,得出了典型耳片接头的二维应力强度因子修正系数;进行了典型耳片接头的三维弹塑性接触有限元模型的仿真分析,引入了耳片厚度修正因子,并结合二维应力强度因子修正结果与三维有限元应力强度因子仿真结果对耳片厚度修正因子进行了拟合,得到了典型耳片接头的三维Ⅰ型裂纹应力强度因子表达式。最后,结合相应的剩余强度试验对应力强度因子表达式的准确性进行验证,结果表明,该应力强度因子计算公式准确性较高。
On the basis of two-dimension finite element analysis,the two-dimension stress intensity factor correction coefficients of typical lug joint were obtained; Three dimension elastic plastic contact finite element model of the typical lug joint was simulated and analyzed,and the lug thickness correction factor was introduced. Based on the results of two-dimension stress intensity factor correction and three-dimension finite element stress intensity factor simulation,the plug thickness correction factors were fitted,then get the expression of stress intensity factor of three-dimension model ofⅠtype crack in typical lug joint.Finally the corresponding stress intensity factor expression was carried out to verify the accuracy,which combined with the corresponding residual strength test. The results show that the stress intensity factor calculation formula is accurate.
