基于生态功能分区的黑河市生态系统健康综合评价

Comprehensive Evaluation of Ecosystem Health of Heihe City Based on Ecological Function Zoning

为了综合评价自然社会条件显著分异的黑河市的生态系统健康状况,基于生态功能分区方法,将其划分为嫩江平原农牧生态功能区(Ⅰ)、小兴安岭山地森林生态功能区(Ⅱ)和黑龙江沿江平原农耕生态功能区(Ⅲ)3个评价单元,并从自然环境、社会进步、经济发展及景观格局4个方面构建了适用于各生态功能区的子评价体系,结合遥感技术与改进的模糊物元可拓模型评价分析了黑河市2015年的生态健康状况。结果表明,黑河市生态系统整体状况为健康,其中生态功能区Ⅰ、Ⅱ均为健康,但生态功能区Ⅲ为亚健康。

In order to comprehensively evaluate the ecosystem health status of Heihe City where natural and social conditions are diverse, this paper divided it into 3 evaluation units based on ecological function zoning： the agricultural and pastoral region in Nen River plain（ I ）, the forest region in Xiao Hinggan Mountains（ II ） and the agricultural region in the plain along Heilongjiang River（ III ）. Subsidiary evaluation systems were established for different ecological function regions from four aspects of natural environment, social progress, economic development and landscape pattern. RS and GIS technology and the improved fuzzy matter-element model were adopted to evaluate the ecosystem health status of Heihe City in 2015. The results show that the ecosystem status of the whole city is healthy, while both of ecological func- tion region I and II belong to health, and ecological function region III belongs to sub-health.
