摘要 鉴于抽水蓄能机组运行工况多,机组启停及工况转换频繁,控制流程相对复杂,对某250 MW抽水蓄能机组计算机监控系统顺序控制及工况转换流程进行梳理分析,并针对整组启动试运行期间出现的问题,对机组控制流程进行修改优化,结果可为新建抽水蓄能机组控制流程的设计或已投运机组控制流程的优化改造提供参考。 In view of the characteristics of pumped-storage power unit, such as more operating conditions, the ire- quency of operating mode conversion and the complex control process, the control sequence and operation mode conver- sion for monitoring and control system of 250 MW pumped-storage power unit were systematic analyzed. Then the control sequence was optimized which cause problems during test run. The results can provide reference for control sequence design of subsequent pumped-storage unit and control sequence optimization of pumped-storage power unit which was put into operation.
