基于BSC的物流服务供应链绩效指标可拓优度评价

Extension Goodness Evaluation on Performance Index of BSC-Based Logistics Service Supply Chain

文章拓展了传统的四维平衡记分卡,构建了五维物流服务供应链绩效评价指标体系。在此基础上,依据可拓基元理论和可拓优度评价方法建立了物流服务供应链绩效指标可拓优度评价模型,并对该模型进行优度评价求解。在评价过程中运用权值因子判断法对评价指标进行赋权。最后通过一个模拟案例验证了该方法的可行性和实用性。

This paper expands the traditional four-dimensional balanced scorecard, and constructs the performance evalua- tion index system of five dimensional logistics service supply chain. On this basis, the paper establishes an extension and goodness evaluation model of logistics service supply chain performance index according to extension basic-theory and extension goodness evaluation method, and conducts a solution for the goodness of fit evaluation of this model. In the process of evaluation, the paper uses Weight Value of Factors Method to empower the evaluation index. Finally, a simulation is given to verify the feasibility and practicability of the proposed method.
